how to resize mp3?

Same as my self was having trouble with mp3 sizes. It almost captures my phone memory! Mp3 resizing is not only good for phones without a memory card because by resizing your mp3; you can maximize both your phone memory and memory card. You will also have the choice to put the quality of the sound you like or what sounds good to your ears.

I also get annoyed "sometimes" to people who make business on it. They sell some songs "still" too expensive though they do not have the copy right and they do not care "sometimes" on the size of your phone memory, they will just put the song and that's it! How bout if your phone has only 10 mb memory then the song you like is… for example 2 mb! Maybe you can put only 2 songs to your phone because the 10 mb memory of your phone includes the messages, contacts and other folders on your phone...

I recommend some software that can help you resize your mp3. You can find software at www.cnet.com or explore the internet for other websites. It depends on your need. For example, you are editing a video, it is important to know what files is compatible with the video editor software that you are using or better search a software that is compatible with all types of files so it will be convenient to you. It is also good if you check out first the features of the software before downloading it. But for me, I prefer software that is both video and audio file converter, resizer, cutter and compatible with all types of files.

These are the software that I used and satisfy me:

• Total Video Converter
• Magic Video Converter

When resizing mp3 files, you must consider the bit rate. What is bit rate anyway? You can search about it in www.wikipedia.com. Just an idea, if you set a high bit rate, much quality sound you can have while if the bit rate is lower, it can produce poorer sound.

• 8 kbit/s — telephone quality (using speech codecs)
• 32 kbit/s — MW (AM) quality
• 96 kbit/s — FM quality
• 128–160 kbit/s — Standard Bitrate quality;
• 192 kbit/s — DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting) quality
• 224–320 kbit/s — Near CD quality.

If you noticed you just multiply and multiply.
64 and 96 Kbit “I think” is enough for phones having only phone memory.
You just simply download software on your pc even it is a free trial, explore the software on how to use it but commonly you will just browse the file you want to convert or resize, then set the bit rate and finally, convert it! Now you can transfer it to your phone by using Bluetooth device or a card reader.
